The Color House (or as we have come to call it, The CoHo) was created as a place for community to connect with their creativity. Founded by public school art teacher and artist Tina Parsadanov, she wanted to create a fun and cozy place where people of all ages could come to learn and practice all sorts of creative visual arts. It started as a small pottery studio in the basement of her home and has become a beautiful brick and mortar storefront in the Westchester section of Colchester, CT. The CoHo offers walk-in paint-your-own pottery, a small artisan shop, and classes in pottery/ceramics, canvas painting, and several other crafts. The CoHo also offers an open studio membership where members can come to work on projects like pottery or canvas painting 24/7. The Color House is all about celebrating the arts and our shop is no different. You'll find a variety of items from artisan wares including pottery, jewelry, and fun little gifts.
