For children's parties, we can accommodate up to 20 creators and 30 total people in the space including adult chaperones. For every 5 child participants, please plan to have at least one guardian that can help out as needed. For adult parties, we can accommodate up to 40 people. There is no minimum number of participants in order to book a private party, however, our minimum charge is the price listed for up to 8 people.

We can often accommodate most dates and times with enough notice. Kids Parties are commonly booked on Saturdays & Sundays in these time blocks: Party Block #1: 11am-12:30pm Party Block #2: 1:30pm-3pm Party Block #3: 4pm-5:30pm Adult Parties are commonly booked during these time blocks: Mondays-Fridays & Saturdays 6pm-7:30pm Sundays

The party itself lasts 90 minutes total. The room reservation includes 2 total hours in the party room including any set up and clean up. So, for example, if you'd like your guests to arrive at 1:30pm for the party, the party time on your invitation would say 1:30pm -3pm. You will start your room reservation for 1:15pm to set up, 1:30pm guests arrive and the party begins, 1:30-2:30pm would be the creative project time, 2:30-3pm would be for any cake and/or snacks followed by gifts if time allows. Guests would leave at 3pm and clean up would be from 3-3:15pm. Please do not arrive earlier to set up because we will not be ready for you. For adult groups that are not planning on cake and gift time, the whole 90 may be used as creative time. We hold in-studio parties for all ages. We also offer our "Party-To-Go" package which includes everything you need to hold an art activity at your home or place of celebration. For very young children this is a good option as they do like to run around and our studio cannot allow that. We also find that young children find it challenging to sit and create for a whole hour so you may choose to shorten your party and keep the creative time to 30 minutes instead of an hour and possibly bring additional activites that the young ones might enjoy.

We provide everything your group needs to make the creative project you decided on. We also provide tables and chairs for your group for the 2 hour window you book. We will provide project instruction and even clean up the art making mess afterwards. We recommend bringing light refreshments. You may bring little snacks like chips, crackers and cheese, fruit, or cookies. Many people bring a cake or cupcakes to celebrate. Although you may bring meals like pizza, we ask that you keep you time slot in mind and plan accordingly. If you choose to have a meal, you may need to open gifts at home to save on time. Some people also choose to enjoy a meal at a restaurant either before or after their party. Our kids studio is conveniently located next door to Maria's Pizza Restaurant so many people take the party there either before or after their studio time slot. Any goodie bags may be handed out to guests as they leave the event. Our studio is decorated with vibrant colors but you are welcome to bring additional decorations if you want to such as themed plates, napkins, table decorations, etc. If you are unsure, please contact us in advance and we can let you know if what you're thinking of will work in the space.

Yes! You're welcome to bring a cake and other light snacks and refreshments to make your party extra fun. The party includes 2 hours of total room time which for a child's birthday party typically includes 15 minutes to set up, 1 hour of art activity time, 30 minutes for cake/snacks/gifts, and then 15 minutes of clean up time. For adult parties, creative time is usually 60-90 minutes and snacking typically happens while making your creative piece. Beer and wine is welcome. BYOB.

Yes, we welcome guests 21+ to BYOB.

For children, their attention span is usually 45-60 minutes tops depending on their age so the creative portion of the party will take 45-60 minutes. For teenagers and adults, the creative portion of the party is typically about 60-90 minutes. Ultimately it will depend on the group, the project selected, and what your preference is.

Art parties are great for most groups! We can find (or create) a project that suits your celebration. Some groups include: birthday parties, bachelor and bachelorette parties, retirement, showers, girls night, couple's night, and anything else. Private art parties are also great for homeschooling groups and fundraisers.

Pricing varies based on the project selected and number of people participating. Parties all require a $100 reservation fee to book your time/date. Party cost depends on the type of party and prices are listed on our website. All party pricing includes up to 8 partipants and additional participants can be added at the per person rate listed under that type of party. All parties are $300+ minimum.
