About the event
Join us at The Color House for a creative and hands-on workshop where you'll craft your very own clay coil planter using stoneware clay! Learn the clay hand building technique of coil building as you create this functional piece that can become the home for a lovely plant. After forming your planter, you will choose from a variety of glazes to color your piece. During this fun and engaging class, we'll guide you step-by-step through the process of shaping and building your planter and the different types of coils you can create to create a unique design. Pieces will be ready for pick up in 3 weeks. All tools, materials, firings, and glaze are included, just bring your imagination and get ready to play with clay!
